Meet Ursalynn Hardin
A lifetime of service, now focused on helping families keep the people they love at home — with support for the caregivers who make it possible.
For years, Ursalynn has walked alongside people in some of their hardest seasons — veterans rebuilding their lives, individuals experiencing homelessness, families trying to hold things together. In every setting, she saw the same truth repeated: genuine care starts with connection.
The meals, the rides, the paperwork — those are important. But what people remember most is the person who sat beside them, looked them in the eye, and treated them with respect. That belief is at the heart of Angels of Care.
As she worked with more families, Ursalynn also saw something else: the quiet, often invisible labor of family members who become caregivers by necessity. Adult children rearranging work schedules, spouses lifting more than their bodies can handle, relatives putting their own needs on hold.
Angels of Care Home Services was born from a desire to do two things at once: support the person receiving care, and honor the people who give it. By helping eligible family members get paid for the care they’re already providing — and by connecting families with trusted caregivers when they need extra help — Angels of Care aims to make home care more humane, sustainable, and fair.
Whether you’re a family caregiver, someone seeking help for a loved one, or a person who feels called to caregiving work, Ursalynn’s hope is that you feel seen, respected, and supported every step of the way.

What Guides Our Work
Dignity
Every person deserves to feel respected, heard, and valued — regardless of age, ability, or health. We honor the person, not just the care task.
Connection
Care is more than a checklist. We believe in showing up with presence, listening, and building relationships that feel safe and steady.
Support for Caregivers
Family and professional caregivers carry a heavy load. We aim to lighten that load through guidance, structure, and, when possible, financial recognition.
Let’s Talk About Your Situation
You don’t have to have all the answers. A simple conversation can help clarify options for you, your loved one, and the people who care for them.
